The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:
a) failure to comply with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004
- Requirement: 9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent text alternative that serves the same purpose;
- Requirement: 9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure or relationships conveyed by page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
- Requirement: 9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text do not always have the minimum contrast ratio required, except for exceptions provided for by the regulations (e.g., logos);
- Requirement: 9.1.4.4 - Some text, with the exception of subtitles and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200 percent without using assistive technology and without losing content and functionality;
- Requirement: 9.1.4.10 - Content that does not require two-dimensional representation (such as data tables or maps) does not reflow when the size displayed by the user agent changes;
- Requirement: 9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, even in different states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed a ratio of 3:1;
- Requirement: 9.1.4.12 - Changing text spacing in terms of line height, paragraph spacing, letters, or words results in some loss of information or content;
- Requirement: 9.1.4.13 - In some cases, when mouse hover or keyboard focus toggles content between visible and hidden, there is no mechanism for removing the additional content without moving the mouse pointer or keyboard focus, the pointer cannot be moved to additional content without disappearing, or the additional content is not visible until the hover or focus event is removed, the user deletes it, or the information is no longer valid, with some exceptions.

- Requirement: 9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links and script-generated components, etc.), names, roles, states, properties, and values are incorrect or set, or the user and their assistive technologies are not notified when these change;
- Requirement: 9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to the user in such a way that assistive technologies can interpret them without having to shift focus.
