• Elettricity, water and gas supply, internet wifi, heating, air conditioning, linen.
• Cradles and high chairs for kids are supplied for free on demand.
• For Kids is available a nice playground and a wide garden where they can paly and enjoy freely.
• Room cleaning can be made daily or at the end of the stay; the cleaning plan will be agreed at booking time based on the needs of the Guest.

1. Check-in is from 14.00 to 19.00 (except for special cases to be informed during booking process). Check-out should be within 11.00AM.
2. Prices are per night and per Room/Appartment and include: bed and bathroom linen, table cloth, with change if needed, final or daily cleaning based on the agreed method, parking, use of services and games within the Farm, consumptions (gas, water, elettricity).
3. In the rooms and apartment smoking is not allowed.
4. Any damage, not connected to the normal daily use or aging , will be charged at departure.

You can bring with you your lovely Pets, they are welcome by us provided they are medium or small size. Pet extra charge is 5,00€ per day.
